The Private Apartment project is a stunning example of modern architectural design, featuring a sleek glass mirror exterior facade that seamlessly blends with its urban surroundings. This visualization captures the sophisticated elegance of contemporary apartment living while showcasing the dynamic reflections of the cityscape.
One of the biggest challenges we faced in this project was accurately rendering the mirror-finished glass facade, which reflects all surrounding buildings and the environment. To ensure authenticity, we used a superimpose method, carefully integrating actual site images into the reflections—creating a realistic and visually striking representation of the apartment’s exterior.
The 3D model was developed in 3ds Max, with Corona Renderer used to achieve ultra-realistic lighting and material accuracy. The reflective surfaces interact naturally with light, adding depth and realism to the visualization.
To enhance the experience further, we created a 360° immersive video, allowing viewers to explore the space interactively. Additionally, we used camera tracking techniques in Nuke and After Effects for a seamless and dynamic walkthrough, ensuring a smooth transition between CGI and real-world elements.
