is a landmark luxury apartment development located in the historic coastal city of Galle. Developed by GHR Global, this project redefines premium coastal living by blending modern elegance with a high-end, hotel-style residential experience.
The Client's Requirement
To drive a high-impact marketing campaign, the client required ultra-realistic, premium 3D visualizations that could vividly communicate the scale, luxury, and unique coastal lifestyle of the development to prospective buyers.

Seamless Exterior Integration
To ground the architecture in its stunning real-world environment, we precisely superimposed the 3D building model onto actual site footage.
Precision Matching: We meticulously aligned the scale, perspective, and architectural placement with the real location.
Atmospheric Realism: Great care was taken to replicate natural lighting conditions, including exact sun direction, realistic reflections, and atmospheric depth, ensuring the final visuals blended seamlessly with the natural coastline.
Premium Interior Design & Visualization
In parallel with the exterior work, TDK Illusions designed and visualized the luxury interior spaces to reflect a sophisticated, timeless aesthetic.
Curated Materiality: We selected refined textures and finishes that enhance the coastal lifestyle while maintaining a sense of elite comfort.
Spatial Balance: Every composition was tuned to maximize space, balance soft ambient illumination, and evoke a premium hotel-style living experience.
Technical Craftsmanship
Precision Foundation: The entire project was modeled using Autodesk 3ds Max, allowing us absolute control over geometry, exact architectural proportions, and intricate structural details.
Hyper-Realistic Rendering: We utilized Corona Renderer to achieve an ultra-realistic balance between physical accuracy and visual elegance. By leveraging Corona’s advanced light interaction, we created authentic reflections on glossy surfaces, rich material depth, and subtle highlights that bring the final development to life.
